MEET OUR FOUNDER & CLINICAL trainer

Dr. Nicola Archie DNP, MSN, FNP-c

A board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) with over 21+ years of clinical experience. Dr. Nicola Archie completed her undergraduate, masters and doctoral degree at the University of South Florida. She has practiced in a variety of healthcare settings performing wellness examinations, treating acute and chronic illnesses; also formerly teaching as an adjunct instructor at the University of South Florida.

Before embarking on her successful FNP career, she spent more than six years working in an acute care Neuroscience unit at a level-one trauma hospital in Tampa, Florida. While her passion for promoting wellness has remained an integral part of her professional life, she ventured into the exciting world of aesthetic medicine and created Fraiche Medspa & Fraiche Academy.

Chantell Hall MBA, B.A. Econ

Originating from Canada, Chantell travelled to the United States to start a new chapter dedicated to developing and expanding Fraiche Medspa.

With a Bachelor’s degree in Economics and a Master’s in Business Administration, Chantell combines her academic expertise with years of hands-on experience to deliver impactful strategies for success in medical aesthetics. As Business Manager of Fraîche Medspa, she plays a pivotal role in ensuring seamless operations, strategic growth, and exceptional client experiences.

Chantell’s expertise extends beyond managing day-to-day operations. She is passionate about empowering others in the industry, offering valuable insights into business development, financial management, and operational excellence. Her dedication to innovation and results-driven solutions has made her a trusted mentor.
