Refund & Cancellation Policy

Online Courses

No Refunds: All sales of online courses are final, and no refunds will be issued under any circumstances.

Access Period: Once purchased, participants will have access to the course for 12 months.

Course Transfers: Online course access cannot be transferred to another person.

In-Office Shadow & Training Programs

Deposit & Payment: A 50% deposit is required to secure your training date. The remaining balance is due 48 hours prior to training. Failure to submit full payment on time may result in cancellation of your training without a refund.

Cancellations or Rescheduling (14+ Days Before Training): Participants may cancel or reschedule their training at least 14 days prior to the scheduled date for a full refund of their deposit or to select a new training date.

Cancellations (Less Than 14 Days Before Training): Cancellations made less than 14 days of the scheduled training are non-refundable. Participants may reschedule for a $250 rebooking fee if they wish to attend at a later date.

No Refunds After Training: Once training has taken place, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances.

No-Show Policy: If a participant does not attend their scheduled training without prior notice, they forfeit all payments, and no refunds or rescheduling will be allowed.

Malpractice Insurance: If you are not licensed in Florida, you must provide proof of malpractice insurance that covers across state lines.
